Kara, an instant coconut milk product that is produced by Sambu Group, succeed to winning a prestigious award “Indonesia Best Brand Award (IBBA) 2024. This award marks the fourth year for Kara in-maintaining its position as the chosen brand  of coconut milk category. “This award is an outstanding appreciation for us,” said Dwianto Arif Wibowo, Corporate Communication Manager Sambu Group, Thursday (7/11/2024). As a pioneer of coconut milk products in an aseptic packaging, Kara will commit to serve the best quality of a pure, natural, versatile, and east to use of coconut milk. “We are not only focus on product quality and market development, but also doing utmost to maintain sustainability of coconut ecosystem in Indonesia. Thus, we also represent this award to all of Indonesia’s coconut farmer, that is given a huge contribution to Kara,”said Dwianto.

Sambu Group Participates in UMKM Expo Inhil 2024. This event is held  on Ocotber, 21^st-26^th 2024 in Lapangan Gajah Mada, Tembilahan. This is also the biggest event in Indragiri Hilir Regency that dedicated to strengthen the position and potency of small and medium business. Iniated by Indonesia Young Enterpreneurs Association (HIPMI) and also Badan Pengurus Cabang (BPC) Indragiri Hilir, this event countains of several interisting activities which are bazaar, product exhibition, busines meeting, car free night, painting expo, and also community gathering. Sambu Group itself shows it product for 6 days of the event in Sambu Group’s booth.

Kara participates at Food ingredients Asia (FiA) 2024. Thie event is held on Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) for 3 days. This Indonesia’s largest food and beverage ingredients event was started at September 4^th until 6^th 2024. Overall, Food ingredeints Asia (FiA) 2024 exibits various types of food and beverages ingredients. They present more than 400 exhibitors and 17,000 visitors from 60 countries. On this occasion, Kara also received immediate appreciarion from Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia, Sandiaga Salahudin Uno. The Minister gave support to Kara whose are Co Branding partner of Wonderful Indonesia, through a testimony video.
