The holy month of Ramadan serves as a constant reminder of the importance of compassion and togetherness. In this sacred season, Sambu Group, through its business unit PT Pulau Sambu in Jakarta and the Bahtera Dwipa Abadi Foundation (YBDA), has once again demonstrated its social commitment by distributing Eid biscuits to the community of Penjaringan, North Jakarta. This tradition is more than just a routine corporate activity; it is an effort to embody the noble values of Ramadan, where true happiness is found in the act of sharing with others.

This annual program, held ahead of the Eid festivities, targets residents living near the company’s operational areas. For the Jakarta location, Sambu Group shared the joy with the Penjaringan community by distributing Eid biscuits as a symbol of the sweetness of victory after a full month of fasting. The biscuits were handed over to representatives of RT 03, RW 010, and the congregation of the Jami’ Rahmatul Ummah Mosque.

The symbolic distribution took place on Friday, March 6, 2026. Budi, the Chairperson of RT 03 Penjaringan, expressed his gratitude to the company for sharing the sweetness of the Eid biscuits with the local residents.

"Eid biscuits are a staple that warms the moments of the holiday. On such a special day, we want to ensure that the presence of Sambu Group and YBDA can be felt directly through these biscuits," said Arief Aria, Public Relations Head of Corporate Communication at Sambu Group.

The consistency of this initiative will continue to be preserved.
