As a form of social care and commitment to maintaining harmonious relationships with communities surrounding its operational areas, Sambu Group, through PT Pulau Sambu in Guntung, has once again carried out its annual tradition of distributing Eid biscuits ahead of Idulfitri 1447 H. This distribution is a routine Ramadan agenda conducted in collaboration with the Bahtera Dwipa Abadi Foundation (YBDA). The official handover of the biscuits took place on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.

This year, the company distributed a total of 7,566 tins of Eid biscuits, dispatched simultaneously to various points within the company's operational areas. Thousands of boxes have been delivered to regions including Kateman, Teluk Belengkong, and Pelangiran. The biscuits were presented by representatives of PT Pulau Sambu in Guntung to Khalililah Al-Muharam, the Head of Air Tawar Village.

Kahar, Public Relations of PT Pulau Sambu in Guntung, stated: "This biscuit distribution has become a tradition anticipated every year as a symbol of togetherness between the company and the residents living near our operational sites. Through this activity, we want to ensure that the moment of victory on Idulfitri is also felt by the local community."

Khalililah Al-Muharam also expressed his gratitude: "On behalf of the community, I would like to thank the company for consistently being present to warm our Eid moments every year. Consequently, our happiness in welcoming this day of victory feels even more complete and heartfelt."
