In the 2026 Indonesia Brand Excellence in Customer Value (IBEICV) awards, several KARA products successfully secured top honors based on direct evaluations from consumers across various Indonesian cities. The awards were presented directly by Kemal E. Gani, Chairman of SWA Media Group.
As customer expectations continue to rise, purchasing decisions are increasingly influenced by perceived value and the experiences received. Customers tend to choose brands that can provide tangible and consistent benefits, while delivering experiences that align with their needs and lifestyles.
As a form of appreciation and a benchmark for brand efforts in creating the best value for customers, SWA and Business Digest returned to host the Indonesia Brand Excellence in Customer Value 2026. This award is based on the results of a direct customer survey of various brands in six major Indonesian cities: Medan, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, and Makassar.
This achievement further underscores KARA's commitment to celebrating the richness of coconut as the foundation of Indonesia's culinary heritage, which continues to thrive and be passed down through generations. In the Coconut Cream category, two of KARA's flagship products—KARA and Sun Kara—successfully achieved the "Excellent" rating. This award reflects the high level of consumer appreciation for the quality, flavor consistency, and convenience of products that have long been the preferred choice for both traditional dishes and modern culinary creations.
