Enlivening Salon International de L’alimentation 2025, KARA Showcases More Than Just Its Finest Coconut Products

Just like in previous years, KARA, an authentic Indonesian coconut product brand, is participating in the Salon International de L’alimentation (SIAL Interfood) 2025. Together with Krista Exhibition, SIAL Interfood 2025 presents the best players in the food and beverage industry. The event is being held at the Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, from November 12–15, 2025.

KARA's participation in this event certainly adds to the vibrancy of the archipelago's culinary richness. "In this event, KARA is not only showcasing its best coconut-based products but also presenting several activities. Over the four days of the event, we are also holding multiple cooking demos featuring chefs from renowned hotels in Jakarta," said Dwianto Arif, Corporate Communication Manager of SAMBU Group, the producer of KARA.

"For the live cooking activities, on the first day, we collaborated with The 101 Jakarta Sedayu Darmawangsa. On the second day, we will invite Chef Karel Alexander. On the third day, the team from Sunlake Waterfront Resorts & Convention will take over, and on the final day, the live cooking activity will be led by Manhattan Hotel Jakarta," Dwianto Arif continued.

The presence of KARA at SIAL 2025 reaffirms SAMBU Group's commitment to advancing the coconut industry in Indonesia, while simultaneously introducing the richness of Indonesian flavors to the global stage. Coconut is not merely a commodity; it is a vital part of our culinary identity and culture.
