Welcoming Eid al-Adha 1446 H, PT Riau Sakti United Plantations (PT RSUP) once again demonstrates its commitment to fostering social welfare. Through a collaboration with Yayasan Bahtera Dwipa Abadi (YBDA), the company, which is part of the Sambu Group, distributed five sacrificial cows to communities in Pulau Burung District, Indragiri Hilir.

Carrying the theme "Weaving Silaturahmi, Strengthening Sincerity in Care," this activity reflects spiritual Islamic values brought to life through the synergy between the company and the community. "Through the distribution of these sacrificial animals, we aim to revive noble Islamic values of sharing with others, strengthening bonds of kinship (silaturahmi), and instilling sincerity in helping the community," said A. Ginting, Public Relations of Sambu Group.

The five cows distributed came from PT RSUP's own farms, specially managed around its coconut plantations. One of the cows even weighed almost 1 ton, expected to provide wider benefits to the recipient communities. The locations for the sacrificial animal distribution included Al-Mubarok Mosque in Bukit Sari Intan Jaya Village and Istiqomah Mosque in Parit Baru, Sinar Baru Hamlet, Pulau Burung Village.

This activity is not just an annual routine, but a moment of reflection to emulate the sincerity of Prophets Ibrahim (AS) and Ismail (AS) in carrying out Allah's commands. "We hope our presence can benefit those in need and become a field for silaturahmi in the togetherness of Eid al-Adha, spreading goodness to all involved parties," Ginting concluded.
