This year marks the 16th edition of the BaliSpirit Festival. KARA is once again supporting the event, consistently bringing the goodness of coconut. As in previous years, this one of the largest wellness, dance, and yoga festivals in Southeast Asia is initiated by the Kryasta Guna Foundation and held at Puri Padi Hotel and The Yoga Barn, Ubud, Bali. The event will take place from May 7-11, 2025.
Over four days and five nights, the event will host participants from all over the world in 150 workshops and 50 performances available throughout the festival. The event also involves competent practitioners, including yoga instructors, holistic therapists, musicians, and local Balinese cultural figures. This strengthens Indonesia's, especially Bali's, position as a wellness tourism destination in ASEAN, Asia Pacific, and globally.
Carrying the theme "follow your spirit," the series of BaliSpirit Festival activities are expected to ignite enthusiasm with positive activities that will impact individuals' lives. The BaliSpirit Festival began in 2008 and has since evolved into the best mind and body wellness festival. Referring to the Balinese Hindu concept of Tri Hita Karana (harmonious living in Balinese Hindu teachings emphasizing the importance of maintaining balance and harmony in three main relationships: human relationship with God, human relationship with fellow humans, and human relationship with the natural environment), it is hoped that the event can simultaneously awaken and nurture the deepest potential within each individual.
At the BaliSpirit Festival, KARA is present through Kara Coco. As a coconut water product, Kara Coco's content, which is pure coconut water without any added substances, perfectly aligns with the festival's message of sustainable health. Kara Coco is also ideal for consumption after sports and physical activities, including yoga and other events at the festival.
"KARA's participation through Kara Coco (coconut water) in this event is certainly driven by Kara's enthusiasm to be involved in promoting good health. Besides sharing the goodness of coconut through Kara Coco, Kara is also actively involved by setting up a booth in The Groove main stage area. Not only showcasing our best coconut-based products, Kara is also running Kara Coco promotions and a 'Wheels of Fortune' activation where participants can win official Kara merchandise," said Dwianto Arif, Corporate Communication Manager, Sambu Group, as the producer of Kara.
Hopefully, KARA's contribution to the BaliSpirit Festival 2024 will further increase public awareness of physical and mental health, while also supporting the wellness tourism initiative in Indonesia.
