In commemoration of its 57th anniversary, Sambu Group held a Futsal Tournament with the theme 'Rooted Strong and Growing Together'. The event, which took place from November 11 to 16, 2024, was participated in by 12 teams from 6 companies under the Sambu Group umbrella from various business locations, such as Kuala Enok, Guntung, Pulau Burung, and even Jakarta. The tournament was opened with the preliminary round held on November 11-13 at two locations, namely PT Pulau Sambu in Guntung and PT Riau Sakti United Plantations (RSUP) Industrial Division in Pulau Burung.

In the grand final, Team-2 from PT Pulau Sambu in Guntung successfully defeated PT RSUP Industrial Division Team-2 with a score of 3-0. This result also made them the champions of the 57th Sambu Group Anniversary Futsal Tournament. For your information, in the previous match, the third place was won by PT RSUP Industrial Division Team-1. Meanwhile, the fourth place was achieved by PT Pulau Sambu in Kuala Enok Team-1.
