The pandemic Covid-19 has an impact on all aspects of people's lives. Sambu Group collaborates with the media in Jakarta to prevent and control Covid-19. A collaboration with Indopost media to share to those adversely affected in Jakarta (10/11). Several media in Jakarta are committed to distributing aid directly, and this is certainly a positive spirit in the midst of a pandemic.

Sambu Group handed over some aid to victims of the fire that burned down dozens of houses and kiosks at Cipluk Market, Jalan Rawa Bebek, RT 14/RW 11, Penjaringan, North Jakarta, on Thursday (17/09/2020).

In commemorating International Coconut Day, 2 September 2020, ICC (International Coconut Community) held a webinar which was attended by members from various Asia Pacific countries, Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Carrying the theme Stay Healthy and Productive During Covid-19, the activity was held by some agendas such as an Online Training Program that coach by Martin Jimi, Commercial Director of PT Kara Santan Pertama. Martin shared the experiences in carrying Nata De Coco products both in Indonesia also International markets.

In celebrating Eid al-Adha 1441 H, KARA shared happiness by giving away 13,390 cartons of KARA Santan to 767 mosques throughout Indonesia. It has been an annual tradition for KARA to share in this holy celebration where everyone cheers to welcome the sacrificing day.

Sambu Group handed over a sacrificial cattle in commemoration of Eid al-Adha 1441 H, starting Wednesday 29 July 2020, in villages around one of its operating areas in Kuala Enok, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau.
