54^th Sambu Group Anniversary is held on 08^th December 2021 virtually. The event is centered in Jakarta with all of the audiences from all of the nation and also Singapore.

Sambu Group took advantage of the momentum to welcome Eid Al-Fitr 1442 H this year by sharing happiness with the poor in Kateman District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau. On Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at the Syahbandar Lama Port, Sungai Guntung, Kahar as a representative of the Sambu Group in collaboration with the Bahtera DwipaAbadi Foundation handed over Lebaran biscuits to Kamren, the Kateman sub-district head as the representative of the local government.

M In commemoration of Eid Al-Adha where the tradition involves slaughtering an animal (mostly sheep and cow) and sharing the meat in three equal parts – for family, for relatives and friends, and for poor people. Sambu Group distributed meat packages along with KARA coconut milk to residents around North Jakarta on Thursday (22/7). The distribution was intentionally carried out after Eid al-Adha (10 Dzulhijah), to minimize crowds both during slaughter at the Slaughterhouse (RPH) and during the distribution of sacrificial animals, related to the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Sambu Group make sure the process still in accordance with the syar'i guidance which is allowed to divide the sacrificial meat during the Tasyrik feast (11-13 Duzlhijah).

KARA's processed coconut products produced by Sambu Group won the 2021 "Indonesia Original Brands (IOB)" for the categories of ready-to-use coconut milk and coconut cooking oil. The survey was conducted by the research institute Business Digest. Together with SWA Media, the award was announced in an online event, broadcast on the SwaMediaInc Youtube channel, Friday (16/7).
